Don't listen to Buggy - sure you can:

  1. Press Ctrl+Shift+Del for "Clear recent history"
  2. In the window that opens, make sure you select time range "Everything" and check "Cookies" and "Cache", but nothing else
  3. Click "Clear Now"

Of course you can, what do you say buggy ? [EDIT : Seem you corrected yourself Clear Cache and Cookies - Pale Moon forum (3) ]
To delete cookies : tools > options > privacy > the blue link "delete specific cookies" under the rules of history keeping. You can there delete some or all. [EDIT : outspeeded. The keyboard shortcut is faster for general deletion indeed, and allow to delete cache also.]

This remains not easy, so I recommend Cookie Keeper.
It allows you to : -clear HTML5 DOM cache on browser closing (useful privacy-wise)
-see way easier which cookie you have with the button added in UI
-to delete cookies in 2 quick clicks from browser chrome (chrome = UI) with this button
-to protect some cookies from deletion by the addon (deletion via the browser will still delete them so better avoid)
-give a better access to some cookie managements options of the browser, which exists but are just not easy to reach

My intention was just to say that it is not practical, please do not get angry all. Proof someone ask. Also by using this method the "cache" is not fully cleared, LSOs are not deleted.

We aren't angry, don't take it bad. ^.^
About LSO, it's not part of browser and it's why it's not deleted with classical clean up. I recommend use of Better Privacy extension to take care of it.

We don't take it bad at all Clear Cache and Cookies - Pale Moon forum (4) For my part since Eraser does not work anymore the most easy way, cause i assume "Where do I clear cache and cookies" means clear all cookies.
